We dispatch orders from Germany. Preparation takes 1–2 business days for both standard and personalized items. Preparation time is separate from delivery time.

Available delivery destinations and the shipping charge for your order are displayed at checkout before payment. A destination being listed above does not mean every address in that region is supported; please check availability at checkout.

Free shipping covers the delivery charge. It does not, by itself, mean that taxes or customs duties are waived.

4. Taxes and customs duties

Taxes and customs duties collected through our checkout are shown before payment. Requirements can vary by destination. Free shipping does not remove any applicable taxes or duties. These terms do not authorize undisclosed additional charges or require you to pay the same charge twice. If a carrier requests a payment you believe was already collected at checkout, contact us so that we can help clarify it.

5. Tracking and delivery enquiries

You can use our Track Order page to check available shipment updates. Tracking information may take time to appear after dispatch.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or tracking shows a problem, please contact info@budka-shop.com or use our contact form, quoting your order number. We will help investigate the delivery issue. Contacting the carrier does not replace your rights against us as the seller.

6. Delivery address and damaged parcels

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will check whether the address can still be changed; changes may not be possible once a parcel has been dispatched.

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us. Photographs of the packaging and item, where practical, can help us investigate. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Canada: 9–15 days.
EU, Australia, Asia and the rest of the world: 9–21 days.

Delivery times do not include order preparation and may vary due to postal or customs delays.

We accept payment by debit or credit card.If you accidentally chose the wrong item, or you simply just don't want it anymore, that is okay, we are all humans here. Cancellation is possible only for ONE DAY after you've made an order. Please message us, as soon as possible, we'll fix it.

Please double check the "ship to" address entered. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. We won't be making any refunds in cases where you gave us an incorrect address & the package simply was shipped in a black hole.
